Among other things, we provide customers with Operation and Maintenance Manuals. We warrant our work for year; if a problem develops within that period, we resolve it. And Auburn Mechanical provides CAD-generated as-builts. Customers receive complete and accurate pre- and post-construction drawings of the mechanical systems we design, install and service.
